Eligibility & Rules
Companies must be publicly traded and listed on any Canadian stock exchange. This does not apply to organizations submitting reports for the Government/Public Sector category.
If submitting more than one company, please submit individually.
Oilweek reserves the right to move an entry from one category to another as deemed fit if the entry does not correspond to the category description.
Oilweek retains the right to combine categories if there are insufficient entries in one or more categories.
The number of entries is limited to one category per company; however, all companies are eligible to submit a sustainability report for the Sustainability category and all entries are considered eligible for the APEX Award.
Annual reports that are submitted will not be returned.
The decision of the judges will be final.
All awards and prizes are to be picked up by the recipients or a representative at the Annual Report Awards event. Although special circumstances may be considered, Oilweek will not be responsible for lost or damaged awards shipped or forwarded to the winners.
