Waste not, want not
Faced with a need for more and even cleaner water for its Edmonton refinery, Petro-Canada turned to new treatment technology to meet its requirements
"The project that keeps laying golden awards," a Petro- Canada spokesman quips, as the company adds an Emerald Award to the half dozen or more already heaped onto its partnership with the City of Edmonton, the first major industrial application of membrane filtration water-cleaning technology using municipal waste water in Canada.
