PRESENTING OILWEEK’S PATCH IN PICTURES PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST

The Rules are Simple
Photo submissions will be accepted until October 20, 2012* and must be related to the Canadian oil and gas industry. Photographs must be in digital format and must have been taken within 18 months of the submission date. No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this contest. Scans of negatives, transparencies, or photographic prints are acceptable. All digital files must be 4 megabytes or smaller, must be in JPEG or JPG format, and must be at least 1,600 pixels wide (if a horizontal image) or 1,600 pixels tall (if a vertical image) and high resolution.
*Photos may be submitted any time between November 1, 2011, and October 20, 2012. Submissions must be received by the 20th of the month to be considered for the upcoming month’s judging (i.e. photos submitted by January 20, 2012, will be considered for the March 2012 edition).
The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the contest entrant. By entering the contest, the entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.
By submitting your photo you agree to allow JuneWarren-Nickle's Energy Group to publish the photo in Oilweek magazine.

Monthly winning entries, plus a selection of honourable mention photos, will be published in the December 2012 edition of Oilweek. And one winner from the 12 monthly selections will be selected to win a new Apple iPad®!
