DualEx sells Portuguese interests (DualEx-Sale)

CALGARY _ DualEx Energy International Inc. (TSXV:DXE), a junior international oil and gas operator based in Calgary, says it has sold its entire 10 per cent working interest in the Torres Vedras - 3 and Aljubarrota - 3 energy concessions in Portugal.
The company will get $US350,000 in cash for the sale, DualEx said Friday.
"Our recent financing and the sale of the Portugal assets allows us to focus on our core projects in Hungary, Syria and Tunisia," DualEx president and CEO Garry Hides said in a release.
"With no debt and a strong balance sheet we are well positioned to ute our corporate plan."
DualEx is an oil and gas explorer with operations in the greater Mediterranean area.
In Friday trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, DualEx shares fell 1.5 cents to 34.5 cents, a of more than four per cent.
