Resin Systems to raise $15 million through private placement of common shares (Resin-Systems)

CALGARY _ Resin Systems Inc. (TSX:RS) says it plans to raise $15 million through a private placement of 45.5 million common shares.
The Calgary-based company said Thursday it will make the placement at 33 cent per share, and the funds will go towards general working capital purposes.
The private placement will hinge on certain closing conditions, including regulatory approval, Resin Systems said.
Shares in the company slipped half a cent to 31 cents in the late afternoon on the TSX Venture Exchange, after an earlier halt pending the announcement.
